Getting started
I’m just a small-scale brewer, is Pacca something for me?
Of course! Our prices are perfect for small batches, in case you want custom caps for wedding parties, a celebration of birth, retirement parties, or just some home-brewed beverages.
How do I get caps from Pacca?
Contact us with your question, order and details and we’ll get it from there!
What is the minimum number of caps that I can order?
We start orders from 300 pieces minimum.
Design
I have no design and just want to order unprinted caps, is this possible?
Of course, unprinted caps can give you that extra sophisticated look. Sometimes less is more!
Do you have design templates?
Sure thing! Send us an email at info@pacca.eu and we’ll send them to you straight away.
What format does my artwork need to be in?
To best prepare the artwork for your cap designs; we prefer vector art, such as .ai, .eps or .pdf.
I have no design skills, can you help me?

Spice girls said it best! Send us your idea(s) or logo and we’ll make sure your caps match your ideas. However, we do not design your logo for your caps.
Do I need a logo or can I also use photos for my design?
Pictures are of course possible, but make sure to send us a high-quality image format. We’ll make sure to check and communicate the quality of your files.
Can you print my design in Pantone colours?
No, but you can always send us a Pantone reference color and we will try to match the colours using the Pantone Color Matching System.
Can you also customize the inside or sides of the cap?
Unfortunately, we do not print the inside of the cap for hygienic reasons, among others. The sides of the cap remain the base colour you’ve chosen.
Do I get a design proof before production?
Yes, after we agreed upon the design, we create a real-life example, free of charge.
What items should I look for on my proof once I receive it?
It’s important to check if the colours match your design and if the placement is correct.
We love your cap designs, are they for real?
To illustrate our caps, we make custom imaginary designs, based on imaginary drinks from cool references like movies or comics or vintage caps. What’s your favourite imaginary drink?

What size of caps do I need?
We offer two sizes. The standard size for caps is 26mm. Bigger bottles require oversized 29 mm bottle caps, for example, Champagne, Magnum or Geuze bottles. Not sure what size you need? Contact us and we’ll figure it out together.
What materials are your caps made from?
Pacca bottle caps are made from tin-plated steel.

Do you offer other products as well besides caps?
Glad you asked! Currently, we offer personalised presentation boxes that fit 3 regular bottles. Contact us for more details. We’re planning on creating an entire platform of delicious products, all related to drinks and designed to meet your needs. This means in the future we’ll add custom labels, packaging and so forth. How do I pay for my order?
We’re a project in start-up. So currently we don’t have an online webshop. This means all contact is extra personal ;) You can pay in advance or upon delivery. We can discuss payment options when you place your order.
Ordering
Can I still receive a quote for less than the minimum quantity?
Certainly, exceptionally we can accept lower numbers. Let us know how many caps you want to order and we’ll give you a quote.
Order cancellations
If you would need to cancel an order after it has been placed, please contact us at info@pacca.eu, within 12 hours of placing your order. After your order is printed, we cannot accept cancellations.
Do you offer a rush service?
All of our caps are manufactured in the fastest possible time frame. But if you have a strict deadline, please let us know as early as possible during the order process and we will do all that we can to meet that time frame.
When will my order be delivered?
Orders will be delivered within 2-3 weeks after approval of your design. All shipments are done from our warehouse in Retie, Belgium and shipping time will be based on the shipping company’s policies and the land of destination.

How do I track my order?
Tracking numbers are sent out as soon as your order ships to the email address on your order. If you have any questions about the status of your order, please email us at info@pacca.eu
Do you also offer international shipping?
We do ship worldwide! However, please note that depending on your local laws, you may need to pay an additional import duty fee to the carrier before delivery.
Customer Service
What if my package does not arrive
E-mail us at info@pacca.eu. We’ll do our best to work with the carrier to resolve this.
What do I do if my shipment arrives damaged?
E-mail us at info@pacca.eu with a photo of the damage, showing the caps are unusable and we will ship you replacement products free of charge.
Why does the colour of my design look different when printed?
No single device can reproduce the full range of colours visible to the human eye. Colors that appear on your monitor within an RGB – red, green and blue – colour space, will be much brighter, than can be reproduced in a CMYK – cyan, magenta, yellow and key (black) – colour space. But since we are making live samples for approval, this shouldn’t be a problem.
